D-Force Wheels is a wholesale distributor that sells wheels through exclusive, high service dealers.
We are a contract manufacturer of high quality wheels which may be private labeled for our distributors and OE manufacturers.
We started out manufacturing with a process called FLOW FORMING which allows us to build lightweight, strong, and inexpensive wheels. We are really excited to release our newest product; a fully forged series of wheels to fit ALL MAKES, ALL MODELS. These are available in monoblock or multi-piece design and are CUSTOM BUILT TO ORDER. The process takes about two weeks for existing tooling, or about 3-4 weeks for a custom built, original design.
D-Force Wheels is a factory direct importer and distributor of wheels and automotive products. D-Force has focused on breaking the barrier of large orders and acts as a warehouse distribution point in the USA, allowing for more convenient shipping times and order quantities. Because we are a factory representative and we are the importer, we have the lowest possible cost and high communication with the factory for product and project ideas.
D-Force has moved on to also import and market other products such as tires, hub spacers, lug nuts and lug bolts, hub rings, and numerous other wheel lines for broader fitment on more vehicles such as light truck wheels, chrome upgrades, replica wheels, snow tire and wheel packages, and inexpensive sport wheels. We have arranged wholesale discounts with most manufacturers so we can locate and supply almost any brand of wheel or tire.
We are always looking for new projects, so contact us if you have ideas for a new product or project. If it has to do with automotive applications, we can probably build it for you with the highest level of quality and a minimum of investment. We have a facility in Tewksbury MA where we warehouse wheels, support local race cars and research and test fit products.

D-Force wheels is the next great adventure in a career that has taken me through many aspects of automotive wheel use, destruction, repair, marketing, and construction. I hold a US patent for wheel repair as well as 20+ years service in the world of tires and wheels. I have owned my own wheel and tire companies for 15 years and raced on and off for years. Competing in the OneLap/Cannonball Run was one of the most memorable events, where I learned worlds of experience, race tracks, and getting to know numerous high caliber drivers, and meeting stars and childhood idols. So I know a thing or two about fitment as well as guiding a person through the process of selecting a good wheel for their application. Traditional "selling" is not part of that process for me. Educating consumers and listening to the type of use their wheels, tires, and vehicles will see, plus individual taste and budgets inherently leads us to a select few choices for that vehicle. No, I am not saying I know everything, however with this many years in the business, it is likely that I do know somebody that can answer just about any question.
Some people know exactly what they want, and simply order it, but other people need more guidance and communication. Having access to a wide variety of product and service options is a great start in getting things right. Knowledge reinforces that the guidance is going in the right direction.
